Local Producers We Work With:
Benoit Roger Bakery supplies us with their bread every morning; it is located less than 1 km from our establishment, within the Saint-Grégoire Shopping Center.
The apple juices are made by Michel Maman from Cidrerie de la Vallée de la Seiche, located in Janzé.
Ferme de la Sablonnière in Guipry, southwest of our hotel-restaurant, produces the delicious cheeses and yogurts that you find on our buffet.
Crackers are the specialty of Christian Margely, whose expertise dates back to 1929. He is based in the neighboring department of Côtes d'Armor.
Jams and salted butter caramel come directly from Artisan Confectioner Dame Cerise, located in Martigné-Ferchaud.
Our beekeeper is from Côtes-d'Armor, it is Marc Le Goallec located in St Jean Kerdariel. The honey from his bees is unique!
