How to Get to the Rennes Saint-Grégoire Hotel?
- If you are on the Rennes ring road, take exit 13a-Porte de Beauregard towards Saint Martin.
- If you are on the D137 (Saint Malo – Rennes), always follow "Rennes".
At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Rue du Chesnay Beauregard, heading towards Z.I. St Grégoire / C.H.P. St Grégoire.
At the roundabout, continue straight.
At the next roundabout, take the 3rd exit (to the left), onto Rue du Général de Gaulle.
Finally, at the last roundabout, where you will see the hotel, take the 1st exit.
You have arrived. Your Brit Hotel Rennes Saint-Grégoire - Le Villeneuve will be on your left.

To reach the V42 from our hotel-restaurant
- Start by taking Avenue Saint-Vincent when leaving our hotel.
- Turn right onto Rue de la Breteche. This street will take you through residential and commercial areas, offering a pleasant transition before reaching the greenway.
- After traveling along Rue de la Breteche, turn left onto Allée Ille et Rance. This picturesque alley runs alongside the Ille River and offers a beautiful bike ride.
- Once on Allée Ille et Rance, look for the bike path on your right.
This specially designed path is for cyclists and will lead you directly to the V42 route. By following these instructions, you will easily reach the V42 and start your Brittany bike journey, enjoying the beautiful landscapes and numerous points of interest along the way.
