Hotel much better than expected. maybe a machine to dispense drinks and food would be a good idea as I arrived at 22.30 and was told the Restaurant was closed and there were no other refreshments available. Overall a good experience and I will stay again if in the area.

Was welcomed by friendly and professional personnel, made stay relaxed and pleasant. The only big issue was that I could not connect to wifi which made my professional communication a problem

The room and hotel were both fine, however I was annoyed that I paid a lot more than was advertised online. If you offer the rooms cheaper online then the hotel computer should offer it too. I paid 40 euros more than I should have done but the receptionist just shrugged his shoulders and couldn’t care less. It annoyed me so much I shall not return. I will stay in another hotel nearby.

En effet nous avons plusieurs tarifs de disponible sur notre site internet. Vous aviez sélectionné un tarif annulable sans frais jusqu'à 18h le jour de l'arrivée.
Or notre tarif le plus bas n'était pas sous la même condition, nous ne pouvions donc pas changer les tarifs de votre réservation.

We found our hotel room to be basic and dated, it felt that the hotel had not been refurbished for some years

1. Calculating the Overall Rating

Each review is rated on a scale of 1 to 5. The overall rating displayed on our website is the average of all ratings received.

Each rating is based on criteria common to all establishments in the network:

  • The Room
  • The Reception
  • The Bathroom
  • Breakfast
  • Access to the Hotel

Some establishments also have specific criteria based on their services: restaurant, wellness area, etc.
For each review, we add up the ratings assigned to each criterion, then divide this total by the number of criteria evaluated to generate the establishment's overall rating.

2. Certified Reviews

Only guests who have actually stayed at the establishment receive an invitation to share their experience. This approach guarantees that 100% of the reviews published are authentic. Reviews are collected via the Customer Alliance platform and transmitted in their entirety to our website.

3. Publication and Moderation of Reviews
