I would like to praise the service and give a huge thank you to the staff who allowed me to keep my room to 13:00 (and to the cleaning staff who may have been inconvenienced by this). I was particularly impressed when (having asked the night manager if it was possible) I checked with the receptionist in the morning and the message had all been passed on. It was of great benefit to me (I was waiting for my husband to return from a hospital appointment and as I have a bad back this made life so much more comfortable for me). But yes, staff were all polite and approachable and you should be proud of them

The main reason for staying at this hotel was it's proximity to the CHU Pontchaillou and an early appointment there, except in those circumstances I would not consider staying there again. Interestingly, the receptionist was not sure how long the journey to the hospital would take when asked and did not attempt to find out. The hotel seems poorly maintained and decorated generally and I noticed pastry crumbs on the floor under the breakfast servery when we arrived in the evening, so clearly the area had not been properly cleaned after breakfast that morning. It did not inspire confidence in the levels of cleaning and hygiene in other areas.

En effet, je ne connais pas le temps de tous les trajets, surtout en temps de manifestation sur Rennes. Votre question était de savoir si des manifestations seront prévu en ville, mais ne sachant pas ce qu’il en était, je ne pouvais vous répondre.

Merci pour le signalement des miettes resté du petit-déjeuner, nous serons plus vigilants à l’avenir.

Pour ce qui est du tarif, vous êtes venu en période de salon sur Rennes l'offre et la demande fait que les prix augmentent.

Nous mettons à disposition dans toutes les chambres des oreillers supplémentaires, nous sommes navrés que vous n’en avez pas trouvé à votre arrivée. Après votre signalement, un lot vous a été donné par mes soins et effectivement je les ai pris dans une autre chambre pour éviter une attente de votre part. J'en ai remis pour le client de cette chambre ne vous en faites pas.

Nous sommes désolés d’apprendre que vous n’avez pas appréciés votre petit-déjeuner. Sachez que notre buffet est composé de nombreux produit locaux, notre pain provient de la "Boulangerie Benoît Roger" à Saint-Grégoire, confiture "Dame Cerise" à Martigné-Ferchaud, les produits laitiers de la "Ferme de la Sablonnière" à Guipry-Messac,...

Decent place to stay for the the night.
No noise from the outside or the inside, the beds are confortable enough. That's all we ask really.

Clean hotel with it's strongest point being proximity to the hospital. Sleeping wiithout interuptions through 2 nights, couldn't ask for more

Overall was fine but the restaurant was excellent the food was great regional food and cooked to perfection we would come back to this hotel just to visit the restaurant again

Time are difficult.The lighting was very very poor,the bathroom heater broken, and overall the room need to be refreshed, repairs.....
