Local producers at the breakfast
Our Local Producers:
Benoit Roger Bakery delivers our bread every morning; it is located less than 1 km from our hotel, within the Saint-Grégoire Shopping Centre.
Our beekeeper comes from Noyal-sur-Vilaine — Les Ruchers du Chevré. The honey from his bees is simply unmatched.
Our apple juice is made by Cidrerie Huby, located in the heart of the Brocéliande region, in Saint-Malon-sur-Mel.
La Ferme de la Sablonnière in Guipry, south-west of our hotel-restaurant, produces the delicious cheeses and yoghurts you’ll find on our buffet.
The jams and salted butter caramel come directly from Dame Cerise, a master jam-maker based in Martigné-Ferchaud.
Les Craquelins de Saint-Malo are a must-try at breakfast. Their traditional know-how dates back to 1923!
