The love for fresh and seasonal products, working creatively with simple ingredients every day. This is what inspires and motivates the Chef of our restaurant Le Villeneuve.
The regular change of the menu and its diversity allows you to discover, throughout the seasons, a whole universe of flavors. A universe ranging from "Bar with Telenn Du emulsion (Breton dark beer with organic buckwheat) and hazelnut celery cream" to "homemade hamburger"... enough to delight your taste buds in all circumstances.
